"We stayed here during the 2004 Bahrain Grand Prix and I won't be staying there again. We were upgraded to a suite on
arrival and I'd hate to think what the ordinary rooms were like.
Our room had 2 single beds (for me and my husband) and the whole room was old, tired and in need of decorating. The room
overlooked the busy road and the windows hadn't been cleaned since Noah and the Ark. The bathroom was old and tired and
also in need of updating.
The staff were very nice and helpful but that was the only plus. There was no on-site carparking and the car-park was a
good 15min walk away although there was a shuttle bus provided by the hotel, although this did take some time to get to
the hotel to pick you up after navigating the very busy street.
The hotel lobby is in an arcade with a shop, pub and coffee shop and the whole place just looked seedy and old. We were
charged about £100 per night to stay here as it was Grand Prix weekend but how they justified this price is beyond me!
